At Hidden Pines Club, our products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives with a defect, printing issue, or damage, we are happy to review the issue and help make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the affected area
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once we receive the required information, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the order details and help resolve the issue.

Refunds

If your order is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please allow the applicable payment provider or financial institution some time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect color selection

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once your order has entered production.
